Stephanie Womble holds a Bachelor of Music degree in Piano Performance, and a Master of Arts in Piano and Pedagogy.
She has been teaching since 1981, and has maintained a private piano studio in Gulf Breeze, Florida since 1994. She is a Nationally Certified Teacher of Piano with Music Teachers National Association, and is an active member of the Pensacola Music Teachers Association, the Florida State MTA, and Florida Federation of Jr. Music Clubs. Ms. Womble is frequently invited to judge both regional and state piano performance events for the Alabama MTA and in Florida, and has served  as a Judge for the National Guild of Piano Teachers, and Florida Federation.

     Ms. Womble considers her study of the piano and piano literature an ongoing lifestyle, and continues to study and learn from master teachers.  Ms. Womble has enjoyed lectures, masterclasses and lessons with such reknowned artist-teachers as Jane McGrath, Maurice Hinson, Paul Badura-Skoda,Tamas Ungar, Jose Feghali, Harold Martina, Malcom Bilson, Nelita True, Heidi Williams, Victoria McArthur, Amber Nicholson, and Alan Fraser. She has twice attended the PianoTexas International Symposium in Fort Worth, TX, participating as a teacher-performer. Sharing a passion for good music and continuing the traditions of great piano playing are the basis of her teaching philosophy.
